Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
The short version
ShipFree collects almost nothing. No accounts, no comments, no ads, no tracking cookies. We use a cookieless analytics service and that's the whole story today.
What we collect
- Usage analytics (cookieless). We use Plausible (self-hosted), which sets no cookies and does not identify individuals. It records anonymous page-view counts only.
- Email (only if you subscribe). If/when a newsletter opens, we collect your email address solely to send the monthly change digest. Every email will carry a one-click unsubscribe. As of October 2026, no newsletter signup is active, so no emails are collected.
We do not use advertising cookies, fingerprinting, or cross-site trackers. We do not sell or share personal information — there is essentially none to sell.
Third-party pages
Offer links take you to vendor websites with their own privacy practices, which we don't control. If affiliate links are introduced in the future, this policy and our affiliate disclosure will be updated first.
Your rights (GDPR & CCPA baseline)
Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, to object to processing, and (California) to know and opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — which we do not engage in. Since we hold no identifying data, most requests have nothing to act on; if you believe otherwise, contact us via the contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes materially — for example when newsletter or advertising features ship — the change will be noted here with a new date before it takes effect.
